How many people can I book for?
There is a general limit of 20 rooms that you can book simultaneously. However, if you have additional requirements, you should e-mail us at email@example.com and we will be happy to facilitate you in any way possible.
Can I book over the phone?
No, it is not possible to book over the phone all bookings have to made on the website www.todayfmbreaks.com
Do I need to book in advance?
Not necessarily. Advance booking is always recommended to assure availability and also to secure the best available deal but it is possible to book on the same day as your arrival date.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
When you have completed the steps of the reservation process, an instant on-screen confirmation will appear. It will show your reservation details as well as your booking number. We advise you to print this out. Within a couple of minutes, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the information of your booking and the hotel's contact details. Please ensure to print a copy out for your records.
I have booked a hotel but I did not receive a confirmation by email, what do I have to do?
The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is typing your email address incorrectly. Therefore, please double check your email address before completing your reservation. Occasionally, our confirmation email may end up in your spam folder. If you do not receive an email after you have made a booking, please send an email with your booking number and details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I need to extend my stay or book more rooms?
If you require additional rooms or would like to extend your stay at the hotel, you can once again book through www.todayfmbreaks.com and reserve more rooms. Please be aware that there is no guarantee that additional rooms will be available.
What happens with my booking deposit?
The booking deposit is used to secure the reservation with your chosen hotel on our "Fixed Price" packages in Ireland and the UK. Please be aware that this booking deposit is non- refundable. The balance remaining on your booking is paid directly to the hotel on arrival/departure.
No deposits are required on our bookings made on "Flexi Price" rooms as the full payment is required at time of booking.
On our international rooms (Those outside Ireland and the UK) No deposit or payment is required but you will be asked to enter your credit card details to secure your booking with the hotel.
What credit cards can I book with?
When booking through Lidl breaks you can use Laser, MasterCard, Visa and Visa Debit to secure your reservation.
If I don't have a credit card, can I still book?
Unfortunately all hotels require a credit or debit card to guarantee a reservation. We are not able to process any reservation without a credit or debit card.
How do I find available hotels for the period I want to stay?
In the search menu on the left containing the arrival date, please select the dates of your stay in the pop up calendar and click search.
How do I search for hotels with specific facilities such as, for example, a pool?
Once your initial search is completed for your desired location you will be presented with a selection of hotels. Within each hotel descriptions you will see the facilities that the hotel has to offer.
How do I search for hotels that offer family rooms?
Once your initial search is completed for your desired location, you will be presented with a selection of hotels. Within these results, you will be shown the variety of rooms that are available at the hotel and their capacity.
Where can I find the contact details of the hotel?
You will find the address on the hotel page. The contact details will be given, after you have made the reservation, in the confirmation email.
I saw a special offer for a hotel but when I tried to book it was not available! What do I do next?
It is likely that the special offer was sold out on the requested date. If you are restricted to set dates, you need to search for a different hotel with a similar offer.
Where can I find the directions to the hotel?
At the bottom of the overview page of the hotel you can find travel information with details on location and directions.
Can I book a hotel Breaks for 1 person?
All of the offers on our "Fixed Price" packages are advertised as price per person based on two people sharing. In some instances hotels may offer a single room and these will show as available and bookable for a single room rate. Hotels retain the right to charge a supplement for a single room and this will be made clear to you during the booking process.
When booking a hotel for a single person on our "Flexi Price" offers just enter 1 person in the search criteria and the search result page will show a rate based on 1 person staying in the room.
General Cancellation Policies.
Fixed Price packages
On our "Fixed Price" packages please be aware that the original booking deposit is "Non Refundable" in the event of a cancellation. However if you wish to change the dates of a booking you can rebook and pay a new booking deposit and we will refund the original booking deposit.
On our "Fixed Price" packages, if you have to cancel your booking after the Hotel's cancellation period you will be charged the Hotel's cancellation policy fee. Generally if you cancel within 48 hours of expected arrival the hotel may charge the first night's stay. If you have a dispute over this you will need to contact the Hotel directly.
On our "Fixed Price" packages if you are a No-Show at the hotel the hotel will charge at least one night cancellation fee.
Last Minute Deals
On our "Last Minute Deals" cancellation is generally free up to specified dates as outlined at the time of booking. If you do not cancel your booking within the required date range you will pay some or all of the cost of your booking in cancellation fees with no refund.
On our international bookings made for countries other than Ireland and the UK you will be liable for cancellation charges as outlined at the time of original booking. If you do not cancel your booking within the required date range you will pay some or all of the cost of your booking in cancellation fees with no refund and this will be charged to your credit card by the hotel.
If you are cancelling a Last Minute Deal - please enter the first six digits of your ORDER ID number into the booking reference box and then your email address (that was used to complete the booking) and then click the cancel booking button.
